The Sleeping King
In folklore and myths there are many tales of sleeping and wounded kings.
The story goes that the king has been wounded deeply, and is in a coma or sleep somewhere between life and death. Many myths and folklores revolve around awakening this sleeping king, healing him and crowning him into full kingship.
Many men are living as sleeping kings, living their lives but deep inside knowing there is something more. Aware deep in their bones they are not living their most authentic life. Feeling this sleeping king inside but unsure of how to activate him.
The Journey back to Sacred Kingship
The Path of Sacred Kingship is a journey of awakening this sleeping King. To awaken, heal & finally crown this Inner king deep within his heart.
This is a difficult and perilous journey and not for every man.
On this journey he will face parts of himself that he has banished, hidden and repressed. Parts that need to be reawakened and reactivated. He will face his ancestral lineage, his mother and father wounds. He will find all the ways he has shut himself down to life. He will learn the secrets of the Male Mysteries that have been hidden for centuries.
He emerges from this journey a changed man, activated and deeply connected to himself and the natural world. He becomes a Visionary and a Changemaker because he is no longer seeking approval or being a ‘good man,’ he lives by his own rules, sovereign and deeply connected to the mysteries of life.
The Feminine - the key to stepping into your king
Many western male rites only concentrate on activating the internal masculine. For a man to emerge into his sacred Kingship he must also be initiated through the feminine portal, she is the initiator of his own internal Feminine the part of him that he has been missing and longing for. When he has done the healing with the feminine he he is no longer looking outside himself for love and approval from women. He emerges into his own Sacred union, deeply connected to both his internal masculine and feminine side, he becomes a whole man.
What is the feminine?
She is our connection to life itself.
On the deepest level all men have both masculine and feminine energies at our core. By only developing the masculine it is like developing one muscle group, we become unbalanced and unsteady in our lives.
At its core the feminine is:
- Our embodied selves, our recognition that the body and life is sacred
- Our sexuality, intimacy and connective, relational parts of us
- Our deep knowing and connection to the earth and our bodies
- Our emotional, feeling, connection and intimacy with others and all of life
- Our deep inner nurturer that feeds us and supports us.
- Our inner connection to life itself

Spiral 1 The Masculine Spiral
Awakening the King
Most men have been deeply shamed in our sexuality and bodies. This shame causes a disconnect from our own power and what it is to feel like a man. We become disembodied and 'floating' in our bodies. In this spiral we will:
- Work through shame to reawaken and reconnect to our sexuality and masculine sexual power
- Activate and awaken our inner Warrior and Wild man archetypes
- Learn to be stable, boundaried and in integrity in our words and actions
- We work with the shadow aspects of the masculine. the predator and the bully
- We reawaken the fire in our bellies that ignites our passion for life
Spiral 2 The Feminine Spiral
Healing His Wounds
In this second spiral Michaela will lead us as we re-enter the womb, our origin story. We face our mother wounds and relationship with the feminine.
- Activating womb/hara templates
- Journey to womb, gestation.

- Land connection and coming home to great mother, cord cutting ritual

In this third spiral he enters sacred inner marriage (Heiros Gamos) his internal masculine and feminine energies balanced and healed. His Sacred Kingship is birthed through this internal union of opposites.

The path of Feminine Mysteries was destroyed by colonial and Patriarchal thinking. It has disconnected men from his place on the earth, from knowing his deep connection to the body and life.

So that we emerge as Sacred Kings, standing shoulder to shoulder with women, in deep respect, honour and reverence at our unique gifts as men and women.
To know that our sacred job as men is to behold life and be the protector of the feminine womb, the creatrix of life.
Here we become what the world has been waiting for. Men and women who have healed themselves and their relationship with each other enough that we are now willing to stand side by side to birth this new way of being on earth in deep harmony with nature, coming back to our home on the sacred earth herself.

Hi, I'm Niall
I have been on this journey of mens work for 10 years and have Initated with both The Mankind Project and A Band of Brothers.
I have also completed Nobleman a journey for men to do their mother wound work.
The reason I came to this journey was from a deep disconnection from myself. A lack of direction, depression and feeling disconnected from the world and people around me.
Through this journey I have picked up pieces of myself on the way and now can say I am proud to be a man and to be able to support other men on their journeys.
The Path of Sacred Kingship has been 5 years in the making and I offer it you now as a man who has walked this path back to my own kingship.

Hi I’m Michaela,
I am in deep service to the feminine pathway of spirituality and how it can transform how we approach our body, our relationships and our life.
When we come home to our centre of creation we are our most potent and vibrant selves.
Through my own work and personal journey I have studied with elders from all over the world, witnessing many traditions, I had a deep yearning to understand culturally how they approach life and truly live.
They all had one thing in common, they honour the feminine, within themselves, their community and the world.
I believe this is the missing piece that we are all looking for.
